Buzzwords are a form of mental prompts that empower you to look to yourself for answers and propel you to action in a positive and proactive way. This June, I bring you a buzzword from my book’s Children’s section. Communication plays a vital role in personal growth and how we interact with others. With busy schedules and constant social media distractions, it is important to make time for unplugged, uninterrupted connection. Meaningful conversations do not happen in passing; they require quality time to breath, reflect, and share, especially when dealing with matters of the heart.
