The Power of Buzzwords

Buzzwords are a form of mental prompts that empower you to look to yourself for answers and propel you to action in a positive and proactive way. For November, I bring you a buzzword from my book’s Relationship section. After watching Guillermo del Toro’s ‘Frankenstein’—a masterpiece of art, with its gorgeous set design, costumes, cinematography, and outstanding performances, I had to watch it a second time! I was moved by the film’s portrayal of a father-son relationship and their emotional challenges, highlighting the importance of forgiveness and belonging.
