The Power of Buzzwords
Buzzwords are a form of mental prompts that empower you to look to yourself for answers and propel you to action in a positive and proactive way. This month of May, I share a buzzword from my book’s Health section. For many of us, sayings like “An Apple a Day Keeps the Doctor Away,” remind us of the value of healthy food choices. Case in point, when my husband, and I faced elevated cholesterol results during our annual blood work, we were determined to rebalance our food choices.
